1. Do you supply only in bulk or lower quantities also?

Ans: Most of the general corporate gifts/promotional gifts have an MOQ (minimum order quantity). However certain products in the premium/luxury range can be supplied in lower quantities.

2. Do you supply only in Kolkata/Delhi?

Ans: We supply pan-India.

3. Can we order gifts online through the website?

Ans: At present we supply offline but you can query for a product/s on our website and place your requirement.

4. Do you do customised gifts and personalisation?

Ans: Yes, we can completely customise & personalise gifts depending on the client’s need, order quantity, budget, etc.

5. What is the general range of products that you supply?

Ans: We have products from as low as under Rs. 25/- (for volume orders) and going up to 3 Lac+ in the premium range.

6. Do you supply products from premium brands/labels?

Ans: Yes, we have offerings from some top brands like Swarovski, Cross, Police, Swiss Military, Shantanu & Nikhil, Bose, JBL/Harman Kardon, Rado, Fossil, Tissot, Longines, Mont Blanc, Sheaffer, The Body Shop, Fab India and many more.

7. What are the delivery times?

Ans: Delivery times and schedules depend on the product ordered, order quantity, and customisation. The same is communicated to you once we receive your inquiry and customisation details.

8. Do you also do festival & wedding gifting?

Ans: Yes – we do extensive festive gifting (like Diwali, Holi, etc) as well as experiential & wedding gifting. This completely depends on the client’s needs, ideas, personalisation requirements, and so on.
